I am the sixth man and I hate it.

Elijah's answer

Hating your role will make you miss the power inside it. The sixth man can change the whole game. You see the flow before you enter. You know where the energy is low. You can bring pace, defense, scoring, or calm right when the team needs it. Stop asking whether the role is fair for one week. Ask how to dominate it. Before you check in, name the one thing the game needs from you. Energy. stops. spacing. pressure. Then give that immediately. A role is not a ceiling. It is a job. Do the job so well the next conversation becomes obvious.
