Tired all the time is not a mindset problem. It might be a load problem.
Your body needs sleep, food, and recovery to carry the work. If you ignore that, your mind starts calling everything lack of motivation.
For seven days, track three things. Sleep hours. Real meals. Practice workload. Do not judge it. Just write it down.
If the numbers are bad, fix the basics before you question your love for the game.
Sometimes getting tougher starts with recovering like you actually respect your body.
