“How do I know if I should transfer teams?”

Do not transfer just because it is hard. Do not stay just because leaving feels scary. Ask three questions. Am I being developed here. Do I know what role I am fighting for. Is the environment making me better or just smaller. If the answer is unclear, talk to your coach first. Give the place a chance to be honest with you. If the answer is still no after that, look for a better fit with a clear plan, not just a shinier logo. Leaving is not weakness. But running from growth will follow you to the next team.
