I keep turning it over when teams press me.

Pressure speeds you up before the defender even touches you. Most turnovers against pressure happen because your eyes drop and your first dribble gets nervous. Once that happens, the defense owns your tempo. In practice, start every press drill with your eyes up. Say the next pass out loud before you dribble. Train your brain to see before your body moves. Also build a simple escape. Retreat dribble. Pivot. pass fake. Nothing fancy. Just a move you trust. The press wants panic. Your job is to make the game boring again.
